Welcome to the New River Lodge, located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains just minutes outside of Galax, Virginia. The Lodge is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or groups looking for a weekend get-away, a week-long vacation, or an extended stay in the mountains.

With fantastic views of the New River from its decks, porches and many windows, this spacious 5000 sq. ft. house near Galax, VA has 370 feet of river frontage for easy and private access to the River and boasts four bedrooms and the ability to sleep up to 13. The Great Room features seating and dining areas with a fully equipped modern, gourmet kitchen. French doors open to a large sunporch with additional seating, dining and game areas. The window wall then opens onto a deck — all overlooking the New River. A gas grill and two picnic tables are provided as well as laundry facilities with washer and dryer. Linens are furnished.

The first floor has two bedrooms. One has a Queen bed with a trundled day bed (sleeps 4), private entrance and en suite bath. The second bedroom has twin beds, private deck and entrance, and adjoining bath. 

The upstairs features two Master Suites. The first faces the River with doors opening to a large private balcony. It has a King bed with a twin sleep chair (sleeps 3) and en suite bath. The second Master has a King bed with a trundle day bed (sleeps 4) and private bath.
